Where can I view and try on ZIB* products?


ZIB* products are available to view and try on at our Workshop (Kr. Valdemara street. 4-13 (entrance from Raiņa bulvāris)) by making an appointment (to schedule appointment contact zibstore@zib.lv, +371 27529033).

Is everything from zibstore.com available at the Workshop?


Not always, as each product is made to order. Even though usually a wide range of products is available at the Workshop to view and try on, it is possible that some items from zibstore.com are temporarily not available at Workshop.

When will you have sales?


Please follow our news section. We are active on social networks  Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.  When you subscribe to our e-mail newsletter you will receive information with latest news from ZIB* and special offers.

Which size should I choose?


All our sizes are based on European standard. You can find the best suitable size in the size charts.


Purchase and Production



How long is the production time?


Usually orders are made within 3 -7 working days (depending on the season).

Where can I purchase ZIB* gift card?


You can purchase gift cards at ZIB* online store here as well as at ZIB* Workshop.

Do I have to register and set up an account to place an order?


You can place the order without registration.


Shipping



Do you ship worldwide?


Yes we do!

How long will it take to receive my order?


Every purchase is processed individually within 3 – 7 working days and dispatched with chosen delivery service. Estimated delivery times:

Latvia: 5-10 working days;

Europe: 10-20 working days;

Rest of the world: 15-30 working days;


Where is my order?


All orders are processed within 3 - 5  working days. Delivery time in Latvia is within 10 working days and abroad – within 30 working days after the day of purchase. Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and can change. We can not take any responsibility for delays due to customs clearance process. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of the shipping details and tracking number.

Is there an extra charge for delivery?

Can I collect my order at your Workshop?


Yes, you can. If you have not noted at the time of purchase that you would like to collect your order at our Workshop – please contact us at zibstore@zib.lv


Return, Exchange and Refund



Can I exchange or refund an item if I don’t like it or if it doesn’t fit?


You can change it for a different size or even a different product. If you are not fully satisfied with the purchased product you can return it for a refund. Just follow instructions here!
